Where we are now.

Today we have agreed terms with a local firm of ground workers a local groundwork and plant hire company C H Stokes.

I have known Chris the owner for quite a few years and have used them before when we built the garages and play room.

Although I was pretty sure from the start we were going to use them I got three quotes, which is something I would suggest everyone in the same position doing. Even if you think you know somebody reasonably well a couple of extra quotes gives you the reassurance you are getting value for money.

I agreed Stokes’s price not because they were the cheapest they weren’t, but they have a excellent reputation locally, they have all their own machines and I know the job will be done properly which is worth the extra few pounds.

I just need the ground to dry up a bit and we can get started.
